Please provide a bit more information. Have you deleted the XPMUser account from XP Mode? What's the exact error message you get when trying to log in using XPMUser?

I have not deleted the profile. The error I get is "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator"

One possible reason for this is that you have removed the password of XPMUser. If integration features are installed and enabled, you can not login to any Virtual PC virtual machine with an account which does not have password. Login to an account without password is only possible when integration is disabled.
If this is the case, do as told in this screenshot:
Then before enabling integration again, create a password for XPMUser.
