i never thought of that but even so i really need to have my Date zone installed, like i do when logging into kali linux. it kinda funny that kali linux is able to provide UTC +14 time/date zone but not windows 7. anyways, i've already googled it and will try (watch) this one first: Windows 7 - activate additional timezone (UTC) for your systems clock - YouTube
