Time Zones - Restore Missing Default Time Zones

i never thought of that but even so i really need to have my Date zone installed, like i do when logging into kali linux. it kinda funny that kali linux is able to provide UTC +14 time/date zone but not windows 7. anyways, i've already googled it and will try (watch) this one first: Windows 7 - activate additional timezone (UTC) for your systems clock - YouTube

I'm guessing you are joking about the video i watched, posted it link earlier. It did help me a bit. Anyways, here is what I have been upto for the last hour or more, and guess what, Malwarebytes seems to be acting normal now with my political date and Hawaiian time zone running.
1. i downloaded and watched the video (link provided earlier) but no help
2. i read an article on serverfault.com (a response by Sergey Vlasov) that leads me to "tzutil" and started playing with it using elevated command prompt; but no help there too. It has no command (syntax), at least none that I know of, to add UTC+14 to the list of time zones.
3. i even visited this link found in google search: "https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuTime" but no help too. And a few more other links I visited with same no help.
4. the last link that sort of give me an idea is: "http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee176960.aspx" because after playing around in windows powershell with -set-date commands, i kinda get the idea that maybe i should set my time zone to Tarawa/Fiji with .addhours 2 command.
5. So I tried doing that but then powershell responded with >> _ and nothing changed to the time or date at the lower left-corner. So I exit/quit powershell using the RED X and immediately restarted my system, out of nervous pounding lungs... scared of what could have gone wrong.
6. I booted into BIOS and set date to Tarawa/Fiji and time to Hawaiian. F10 and booted into windows 7.
7. i decided to change/adjust the time/date via the link in the popup dialogue of clicking the system's time/date.
8. While I was on the "Date and Time" dialogue I decided to try using (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time time zone but adjusting the date to Tarawa/Fiji and the time to Hawaiian.
9. Last but not least, I went into Internet Time tab, clicked "change settings" and unchecked "Synchronize with ..." and OK and apply my way out.

Now Malwarebytes is still acting normal.

Oh, I almost forgot:
10. I opened Malwarebytes and clicked "update now" and guess what happened: It did get updated but somehow "Malicious Website Protection" get disabled.
11. I enabled it by going into settings because clicking "fix automatically" from the Dashboard didn't work.
12. Went back to Dashboard after enabling it but it still says the same in #10 above.
13. I closed it and exit from the system taskbar by right-clicking it and chose "exit".
14. Double clicked its icon on the desktop and voila... and it is still running voila...

That's all about how i did it but I am still skeptical as it is only less than 2 hours now after doing all the above, and who knows what Malwarebytes will do later on. I will post again if there's any noticeable changes.

Hey Brink and lovely members, it been 5 days since I last posted about what I did briefly to stop Malwarebytes Anti-malware from nagging me about "updating" even when it's already been up-to-date; which I believe is a misread of or mismatching with my time zone. And as I promised, now I am back to report how things fared so far, and GOOD NEWS, I think it is safe to say now that the problem is solved.

So for those who are on the same boat (residing in countries with two possible date: geographical and say - political) with me, here's again what I did in short simple steps:

The following steps presumes that one already knows how to get to the "Date and Time" dialogue/window so,
1. change time zone to "(UTC) Coordinated Universal Time" (doing this will sort of auto-adjust your current system time in the lower-left corner but ignore it).
2. click "Internet Time" tab
3. click "Change settings" button
4. uncheck the box right next to "Synchronize with an Internet time server"
5. click "ok" and/or "apply" button till the "Date and Time" window closes and your done.

I had been helped in this forum a number of times but I couldn't remember posting back results on all of them. But this last time, was especially possible because of that statement in your sig, for which I tried every effort not to forget.

Anyways, I know the steps I provided is incomplete but I did it intentionally believing that the rest can be easily followed from my earlier post in this thread.
