Windows Easy Transfer - Transfer To & From Computers

Yes in the report for windows easy transfer it is showing that it did indeed transfer these files in this picture.
Even though it lets me choose what files will be transferred .. and nothing from the root folder was chosen or even listed as even being possible to transfer as the easy transfer program only lists folders under users.
Somehow this OEM folder was listed in the report as being transfered.

I did a restore from a image backup from way back when I setup this system. I did do a windows easy transfer to a USB drive before I did a disk wipe.
Now I am tasked with getting rid of the malware that was not supposed to be transferred but did transfer.
I am going to make a new post on this as well Called 800 dollar support guy.

hmm I must be getting tired .... I went and looked at it now and it does show the OEM folder with a check next to it. either it takes a while to show the ROOT of C or I must scroll up to see it I swear I did not see the options for root of C today or yesterday. I thought it only showed users ... ?
