You've done it again!
It's a pity MS can't explain Windows adjustments, as accurately and comprehensibly as you can.
I'm a big fan of your work. You're welome Lehnerus, and thank you.

Is it possible to change the font size?
I realize that I could choose a font style/type that is "naturally" larger, but all I want to do is increase the default font size a couple of points.
Looking at the Registry key, it isn't apparent to me how that would be accomplished.
See this post for a description of what I wish to change.
Adjust Font Size
Hi. I'm very sorry if, in asking this, I sound a bit simple, especially if the answer has been given earlier in this thread.
How do I change the font so that in IE and Firefox and what not, the font that I see on message boards (like this one, for example) is the same font that I saw on message boards in Windows XP? (Thus, from Segoe to Tahoma, yes?)
I do realize that this has nothing to do with the settings of individual message boards, because I see this same font now wherever I go online, from Google searches to messages boards to, well, everywhere.
Is it something that I can change via the "personalize" options on the desktop, or does something need to be done to the registry?
Thanks.
In Firefox you can change the font in the "Options" window (Firefox button > Options > Options). In the "Options" window:
Click on "Content"
Click the "Advanced" buttonIn the "Fonts"window, choose your fonts and sizes.Uncheck the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" box.
I'm not sure how to modify the IE fonts (I hardly ever use it).

Hello Karsten, and welcome to Seven Forums.
In addition, here is one for how to change the fonts used in Internet Explorer. See the related links as well for other items to change.
