Guys, please take into account that you should name the version of Windows.exe.mui YOU EDITED to something like "Windows1.exe.mui so then you can rename both files, just in case something goes wrong you always have a backup.

(sorry if this is already listed in the tutorial I didn't really read all of it xD)

I tried to replace the file and i got a pop up that read. 'Folder Access Denied' You cannot replace this file or folder because it's open in another program (Winlogon.exe)

That should be the winlogon.exe.mui file instead.

If that is what you meant, did you do step 2 in Option One to take ownership and set permissions first?
