Is it possible to add nav pane to the 'my computer' and 'libraries' command bar(s)?
Well, technically the address bar in Windows Explorer is a navigation pane as well. Clicking on the arrows in the path of the address bar will expand open a navigation pane like folder tree.

    Hello bunny, :)

Other than the options in the tutorial, you could use the free program Classic Shell to customize with.

Hey Brink :) cheers for the quick reply. I'm trying to minimize 3rd party apps for this build. I guess I'll do without it. Thanks for all the awesome tweaks and tutorials you've put up, they've been super helpful.

    Is this what you mean?

If so all that does is toggle the Navigation Pane On/Off

    Jonny,

That appears to be from the free program "Classic Shell".

Is there any way to apply these to a specific user?

I am finishing up locking down a system for a child and this is the last set of options before I image it and turn it back to their family.

I can apply these to the LOCAL_MACHINE to affect all users, but is there a way to apply them only to the HKEY_USERS using their hive load?

Or basically is there even a Users LOCAL_MACHINE ?

Hello @spooidz, and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm not aware of a way to only apply this to a specific user.
