    Shawn,
    Some people have issues with missing drive space and WinDirStat may not be able to display some files.
    In the WirDirStat Options Show Unknown needs to be checked, to see how much (if any) space is Unknown to WinDirStat.
    It seems if there is Unknown space used, TreeSize Free can help find the files WinDirStat can't display.

    Here is one thread about this:

    What do think about adding some notes to Option 1 for:
    1) Make sure Show Unknown is checked in the WinDirStat Options
    2) If there is space used for Unknown, use TreeSize Free to try and find these files
