    Mike, just to see, I did the same commands on one of my SSDs. I copied and pasted the commands I wrote for you, this is what it looked like except I was using a different disk number. This is what I got

    This is disk management when I finished. It's the last disk.

    Before you get any farther in the install, I would do what Greg suggested and use Partition Wizard and give it a try.

    This ssd was supposed to be 256gig
    It obviously has some stuff on it or something to not show the correct amount ?

    When you typed clean, it should have deleted all partitions on the drive.
