    Thank you kind Sir.

I must add, Paragon Migrate made the transition very easy.
    Well worth the $10. spent.

Although I have the Paragon program, I usually do the migration the manual way. That's more fun. But I have done that a dozen times. For a one time migration, the Paragon tool is the best option.

The new SSD is running fine so far.
Do have a couple of questions though:
How do I send something to the HDD ? When I right click on something, "send to" is there but, not the (D) HDD. I have not put any folders on it as yet.

How do I have Acronis 2012 include it on the Back-ups ?
If I open Acronis > add new disk > this opens:

If I cancel it, then open properties, it shows:

Should I let it delete the MBR on it ?

Lastly, I ran ATTO for the first time, not sure how to interpret the results:

(Sorry if I posted any of this in the wrong place.)

If you want to move or copy something to D, I would use this: Context Menu - Add Copy To Folder and Move To Folder

If you want to use Sendto, you have to add a shortcut of D to the Sendto folder.

No idea on Acronis. Have not used it in years. But better not delete the MBR.

The Atto data is average. But those nums vary a lot from HDD to HDD. Here is an example of my Crucial M4 on this system.

I thought you were going to ask that, LOL. Here is how:

    1. make a shortcut of D on the desktop (highlight in Computer, right click, create shortcut)
    2. type shell:sendto into start/search, hit Enter
    3. drag the shortcut into that folder
    4. close the folder, DONE.

    WHS, of course you did.
Anyway I did a search of the tutorials and found this:
Google Drive - Add to "Send To" Context Menu

    Which made things easier.

So tell me, what else am I going to ask you ?

    Thank you !

Golden is a good man. But I think my method was a easier to follow. LOL

Your next question is going to be pertaining to your Atto nums ==> why are they not higher, especially the 4k nums ??

Not sure what I'm missing here but I can't boot from my ssd.
I used the paragon program to migrate the os, skipping the user and documents and settings folders. I also enabled AHCI in the bios and also enabled it in the registry.
The ssd is set to boot first, but when I unplug my hdd it won't boot. Is it because it's not named C?
