The only reasons I can think of that WinPE disk would not boot is
1 I had this issue too just recently
It was because of fast start/ Quick start in my bios
Once that was disabled it booted right away with my boot options key which is the Delete key at power up

2nd reason is the disk was damaged after creating it but pretty unlikely if Macrium said it was successfully created.

The BIOS in the laptop is very limited; there is no fast quick start.

The only options I have is boot from HDD / Optical Disc / USB ?

I doubt, as you mentioned, the disc is damaged. :)

I have legacy bios and they are I would think mostly the same and should list quick start
I can check though on my 32 bit lappy
    Yep Advanced Quick boot mode
Although as long as the disk drive is first in line and you use the boot key beit F8 or F2... it should boot to it if you select it from the boot menu,

If you have secure boot you might have to disable it but that should be able all it takes :/
Show the options you have if you want too ?

I can't change the order of the boot mode ? The only way I can show the options is taking a picture, since I can't take a screen shot of the BIOS which is simply four icons upon booting.

whs - The WinPE you provided, worked, the SSD is active, aligned and formatted. I've elevated to a BOOTMGR is missing, error :)

The WinPE I created with Macrium Free isn't loading the Macrium GUI where I can proceed with business; unless unaware to me your WinPE can do equivalent ?

Disable fast start in win-10 might help
Fast Startup - Turn On or Off in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

The bad thing about whs's iso it's for macrium 5.0 the new version of macrium is 6.1.
    Is that true Wolfgang ?
