already done that but the new ones just the same. All this is to find out how to cure a propsys.dll error, not sure if thats affecting this as well ..

I thought that ... But sfc says corrupted files found? (Is it just a strange anomaly?)

Did you run SFC from within Windows when it said that? It doesn't log if you ran SFC at boot.

If you like, try again, then create a new sfcdetails.txt file to post to see if it may show anything.

Just ran it again. Here are the results:
