It's still saying the same error. I copied the CBS.log text file to my desktop, and its still giving an error.

In that case ZIP the CBS.log on your desktop, and upload the ZIP file here. I'll be happy to take a look at it. :)

Sorry, Brink. I went out of town with the family tonight, and we are just now getting in. But, below is ZIPPED Folder with the CBS log in it.

    Jesse,

You mistakenly zipped a shortcut to the CBS.log file instead of the actual log file.

After you copy and paste the C:\Windows\CBS\CBS.log file to your desktop, zip that, then upload it. :)

I don't understand! Either that, or what I am doing is not working.

Whenever I try to do that, it says Compressed (zipped) Folders Error that then says File not found or no read permission.

It sounds like you are trying to ZIP it directly in your "C:\Windows\CBS" folder. That won't work if so.

You will have to copy the CBS.log file from the CBS folder to your desktop first. Afterwards, ZIP the file on your desktop instead.

Just what I posted above to ZIP the correct file, and upload it. :)
