It is a short cut no Files included Jesse ...
I know. I can't figure out how to make it a text document, instead of a shortcut. Sorry for the lack of knowledge.
I think I figured it out now. Here it is.
Jesse,
Yep, that one made it through correctly.
Good news. The only thing showing up in your SFC log is the false mismatch from KB3068708. There is nothing that needs to be done. :)
Okay. Thanks for your help.
Jesse, just some added info about KB3068708.
Source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3068708This update introduces the Diagnostics and Telemetry tracking service to existing devices. By applying this service, you can add benefits from the latest version of Windows to systems that have not yet upgraded. The update also supports applications that are subscribed to Visual Studio Application Insights.
Unless you absolutely need this update you can uninstall and hide. Future System Files Checker scans should come back clean (no integrity violations found.) IMHO if an update gives a false report of corrupted system files, it will be very difficult to determine if an important system file really is corrupt.
So, do I remove the update?
You don't need to Jesse. It will not affect SFC from being able to repair your system files.
Okay. Thanks for your help, Brink, Maxie, and marsmimar.
