    yeah, that was the idea - in the future if anybody asks, a quick search for youtube in the tutorial section should yield a link to this page, rather than having to try to explain it all by using [noparse] tags etc...

    well done mickey ,this process is also the same for adding a Vimeo clip in this case click the you tube icon in the message editor and change youtube to vimeo thus
    [youtube] [/vimeo]

    its important to remember the forward slash/
