Windows.old folder - Restore into a new installation

I tested it with win11. Works fine.

It can be done from standard winpe but is a bit fiddly using cmd prompt. Easier if you use a custom pe with some kind of explorer so you can see what you are doing. More advanced users who are multibooting can do it from within another os.
