Windows 7 Professional 32 bit
Cannot boot Win 7 Pro after Win 10 upgrade "mistake"

First some history JIC it is a factor.
I have a dual boot 32 bit desktop wit 2 x 250 GB drives. When new 8 yrs ago one drive was Vista. The other drive blank for storage of files. 3 years ago the MOB died. I did a like for like replacement (Asus Leonite). The PC fired up but did not boot (OEM Vista association missing?) I asked my daughter in laws brother to help. When I picked up the computer, he left a note saying he created a dual boot set up. He fixed the Vista problem and on the 2nd drive he installed Win 7 Pro 32 bit. He retained the Vista because he was not sure if I had backed up it's files.
Recently I received the Win 10 Pro reservation icon. I looked at Youtube tutorials on the choice of installing over the Win 7 or a clean install. I came away with the notion that my computer AKA motherboard was targetd for the upgrade. Because I wanted to retain the dual boot to now be Win 7 and Win 10. I formated the Vista drive and followed the on line wizard to install Win 10 Pro on it.
The end result. Win 10 Pro installed on Formatted Vista drive, but asked for ACTIVATION.
The Win 7 Pro drive could not boot.
I do not have any media. I am 70 yrs old and not familiar with Window OS methods. I do not have any discs for Win 7 Pro. What I found in my locker was CD that said Win 7 32 bit Repair disk. I was able to use it to attempt a repair. However the Win 7 did not show up for the selection when things like language etc are asked for. I did press next and it attempted a repair. Never got repaired and could not boot.

What can I do? I cannot afford as a senior to invest $200 in new non OEM software. I use Win 7 because I have a TV tuner to watch OTA broadcast TV. Win 10 does not have Median Center anymore.

Thanks for specific directions.
