In addition to what Gary suggested, you might also look at the tutorial below since this is a preinstalled Windows 7 on your OEM laptop. It can help provide some addition details that may be helpful for this.
Instead of changing the boot priority order in BIOS, you could press whatever key (ex: F10/F11) to open the boot menu during boot up to be able to select to temporarily boot from the USB flash drive. This way when your PC restarts the first time during installation, it will not continuously start the installation over again by booting from the USB over and over.
