I find it best to delete until unallocated. It'll look the screenshot under step 7 after you delete all partitions on the drive.

I would recommend to disconnect the F drive until Windows is finished uninstalling to avoid anything being installed to it by mistake.

First of all ,thanks for the well-explained tutorial!
Yesterday I tried to install windows 7 ultimate ,the installation process kept going without any problems but when the installation proccess got finished and the computer got restarted, I noticed that the same installation process started again, I manually restarted computer ,got into BIOS settings and change the boot priority and set HDD as the first device(as usual). After that, the installation process ended successfully.I just wanna know,do you usually change boot priority to HDD again to accomplish the installation process?

    Hello DarKnight, :)

It sounds like you may have booted from a USB/DVD to install Windows, but had the DVD/USB set as 1st boot priority instead of the Windows HDD.

Usually, you would open the boot menu at boot to select to temporarily boot from the DVD/USB for just that one time. This way when the computer restarts during installation, it'll boot from the hard drive and continue with Windows Setup instead of booting from the DVD/USB again.

Hey,you're right. I have booted from USB because system just can't read any CD/DVD.
The installation finished successfully, but the misunderstanding got me confused at the moment.
I never thought,I'd have to manually change the priority to accomplish the task.
    Thanks for the reply:)
