AHCI Link Power Management - Enable HIPM and DIPM

    It looks like you are already using AHCI, so you should be good to go once you add the setting to Power Options.

    Personally, I've found that the default settings usually work great.

    Thank you brink. is there any other settings like this? and whats your opinion HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\explore.exe\UseLargePages\PerfOptions\CpuPriorityClass,IO Priority,Page Priority? i heard these setting are good gaming tweaks and that it beats process lasso?
