    If you don't use a proxy, then as a test, see if disabling the WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service helps to stop it from waking the PC.

    Services - Start or Disable

    Actually, doesn't it look like that started so that the Windows Modules Installer could start? I think it runs on a schedule but haven't been able to find it, nor could I find anything was installed last night.

    thank you so much, because this solved my problem!!

    trying so many things suggested, but nothing worked. and now i know why.

    i installed an .exe file (on purpose).
    and now i found out that .exe file is waking my system up.
    it's a decent program, but for fun, i don't really need it. so i just uninstalled it.

    thank you, i would never figure this out on my own!!
