CyberZeus I was pointing out Rose had a thread about her black screen started. Your tool has nothing to do with that. The System specs tool is wonderful and helpful.

I downloaded it to documents/downloads of a user account and ran it. No problems.
Neat, little program. Thanks, CyberZeus and Brink.

    How to- System Specs

Hello, I am new to the Window's forum and I'm somewhat IT challenged, lol. I tried to download your systeminfo.exe and received the attatched error message (I used the snippet tool and hope I did it properly).

Hello Gibson, and welcome to Seven Forums.

That should be available in your Windows Updates to install. :)

Hello, you have to update your system with Windows Update, so you'll have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 installed. System Infos requires it.

    Bye

I already have MS.Net Framework 4 installed, but I believe my computer is being controlled remotely and I am unable to access and change many applications and functions. I know there is another administrator acct that uses certificates to login and this administrator also controls the bios system. This is one reason I have been so frustrated....I'm still learning about computers so therefore even though I know it's being controlled remotely, I don't know what to do.

    Gibson,

For that issue, I would recommend to create a new thread for it in the System Security forum area. In addition, if you are able to, scan your system at boot with Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper to help make sure your system is clean.
