    You would need to boot into UEFI firmware settings (BIOS), open the Security settings, and select to delete the Secure Boot Keys.

    The exact wording and steps may vary for your PC model.

    You could check to see if you may have a new firmware update available to see if it may address this.

    I'm not sure what else to suggest other than leaving secure boot disabled. :-(

    Yes. You would just click on Next to start installing to the selected unallocated space.
