    ...that depends.....whether the bios allows booting from usb or not and or other issues....and can be slower than installing from disc as well.......

    after i fresh install Windows 7, can i enable secure boot back on?

    Hello,

    Yes, you sure can.

    You just needed to temporarily disable secure boot until finished with the clean install to prevent it from possibly interfering with the installation.

    Yes i did.
    I disabled secure boot then I fresh install Windows 7 then i installed latest Windows updates and drivers then i enabled secure boot then it doesn't boot then i disabled secure boot then it boots fine. Why is that?

    Are you sure you installed Windows 7 with UEFI and not Legacy BIOS?

    If you did install UEFI, then see if clearing the keys for secure boot and installing them again in BIOS may help.
