    Here's the driver download page below at Sony for that model number. You can just double check to make sure that you have them installed, and at least the same or newer driver version of them in the Device Manager.

    In addition, you might see if removing and connecting the battery may toggle it to show up afterwards. :)

    I have tried EVERYTHING still cannot see battery
