thanks alot for software.
I setup this software and it show all of the files that can not open and say they are encrypted but they are not decryptable
I think I have to acquire all of before password that my friend used. but she don't remember them.
Encrypted files do not use a password, so that will not work. They use an encryption certificate and key that was created when they were encrypted. Usually only with them can the files be decrypted.
It appears that the files may be lost if that program is not able to decrypt them. Did it give a reason why it they couldn't be decrypted?
I read software's help.
It say:
{Encryption keys in that list are always in red or green color. Green one means that the key has been decrypted successfully; or if the key is in red – decryption failed.
Possible problems
If some keys were not decrypted (i.e. they're red), don't panic. Probably, these keys are not needed at all, and you can go directly to the second step – Scan for encrypted files or Browse for encrypted files. And only if AEFSDR will not be able to decrypt the files you need, return to EFS related files and try to fix the problem as described below.
Password encryption (Windows XP/2003/Vista) or SYSKEY protection (Windows 2000)
First, if the files were encrypted on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista, you have to supply the (logon) password of user who encrypted the file(s), or the password of Recovery Agent. Press Add user password button, and enter the user name and password (as text or in hex/UNICODE). User name, actually, does not matter (only password does), so enter it just for the reference. There is no need to add the empty password.
Please note that you can add more than one name/password, and after adding each one, AEFSDR will try to decrypt all keys listed on that tab – on success, the color will change from red to green. }
when I scan some of keys are red in first tab and all of the files are red in second tab.(see attachment. this picture was in the software's help)
Is it correct? I have to enter before passwords?
If yes is there any solution to find them?

Erkin,
I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the details of how that program runs. I would recommend to create a new thread on this encrypted file issue to get the best help with it since it's no longer about the tutorial for this thread.
After installing this how am I to remove this option from my context menu?
Hello ZeroManArmy, and welcome to Seven Forums.
You would just use the Remove_Take_Ownership.reg file in the ZIP download in the tutorial to do so. :)
By merging it correct?
