    THANK YOU!!

I had a very pesky issue with .txt files just opening up a CMD window, but not open the file in notepad. Small issue but a real PITA in any case :)

Your .reg file to fix the association was just what I needed...

    Restoring .db File Association

I need to restore the default .db file association. It was accidentally set to "Open With" MS Office. I have been having some issues with a program ever since. I visited the forum's page regarding restoring Windows 7 default file associations; however, it does not list .db.

    Please, can you help me?

Hello Amanda, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Sorry for the wait. DB has been added to the list in the tutorial. :)

    I hope that it helps,

Hello Ynasr, and welcome to Seven Forums.

To download it, you would need to click on the link (file extension) that you would like to restore back to default. See steps 1 to 6 in the tutorial for more details.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
