    And how do I restore dvd movies association for Windows Media Player again?
    The program RealPlayer SP Basic have midified my sytem registry and the option "Standard Programs" form "Control Panel" don't restore this associations. Occur the same with audio cd association.

    Hello Algatelli, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    Was this in Default Programs that you tried to set Windows Media Player as the default program with all of it's associations set to it as well?

    You might also see of uninstalling RealPlayer SP Basic may help if you have not already. If you did, and the above does not help either, then you can do a system restore using a restore point dated before you installed this program to restore this back.

    I really have tried set Windows Media Player as the default program and don't function.
    I really have tried uninstall RealPlayer SP Basic and don't function too.
    The programs in this thread don't function too.
    What do I do?
    RealPlayer SP Basic have modified my system registry.

    System restore at boot with the install dvd of the system? Not yet.
    And do it restore the registry to the default?

    Algatelli,

    It will restore the registry and system files to as they were at the date of the restore point. It should be able to help. Just select a restore point dated before you had this problem. :)
