What happens when you click on the download link of the file extension? Do you get the pop-up windows to click on Save? You might look to see if it may just be hidden behind another open window.
No, it says I do not have the permissions to download the file.I think my Perms need fixed:P

Are you logged in to a standard account that is restricted by Parental Controls instead of an administrator account?
You might also check your installed antivirus or other security programs to see if they may be blocking you from being able to. Test by temporarily disabling them.
Oh i just found out, it allows me to download everyother one except .ico one
Could you give me it some other way? like pm or uppit.com etc
