I'm unable to use/save/keep downloaded .themepack files. I double-click to open, the Personalize window opens but it doesn't change my theme at all, it stays at the current one. Any themes I opened from browser are saved, but any files downloaded are not. Anything I can try?

    Thanks,

Never mind, I installed some software that resolved the issue. Thanks anyway.
