Greg the seller was linked through Amazon and then when I click on shipping it flicks back to Amazon and I get that price at the bottom.

Can you link to the product purchase page? I still don't know what it is they are offering by looking only at the seller's shipping info. I would never pay for shipping for a key that can be delivered by email.
Greg I am linking to Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River in the tutorial and then scrolling down to the purchase an activation key and then click on Home Premium and it takes me to Amazon an then on down to the selling sites and I get onto one that ships overseas and that is where the shipping rates are displayed.
I am like you just wondering why an activation key cannot just be emailed to me and then I just download the ISO?? That would make perfect sense as there would be no shipping involved.
I think the Amazon mainline link is the one you want for the nice price, no worries about Genuine, even says "This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S." Amazon.com: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit, System Builder OEM DVD 1 Pack (New Packaging): Software
I would put it in your cart, proceed as if to buy it to see how it prices the overseas shipping. If you have any other questions ask Amazon via email if they don't have a phone number in your country.
If it doesn't work out you can also contact any of the other vendors on their page, but I'd ask Amazon if they guarantee 3rd-party Genuine software which I'm sure they do but still would want to check.
Ok Greg I will try that as anything Amazon has to come from overseas there is no actual site out here that I know of just like we cannot access Newegg.
Well have found out I can save AUD$27 even with shipping the only problem with the Amazon site is there is no email to ask queries over ie whether the shipping doubles up for two copies.
The emailed code seems still to be the most efficient way of doing but if I cannot find a way then it will have to be the shipping way.
What happens to the shipping price when you put two in your cart and proceed to check out. It should break down the shipping charges before you get to the final page so you can bail out by closing the window rather than clicking the Purchase button.
Greg I get to here and then it wants credit card details before I get a price and as I am not ready yet I don't want to add the card details before I know how much I am up for.
If it won't give you the shipping charges on the Next page without having to insert your credit card info, then I would do so to see all of the charges. It is normally not completed until you click a Purchase button, after a summary page. Just read the buttons closely before you click them.
