Is there any other way to burn the ISO? The DVDs I have can only burn up to 700 MB, while my flash drive can only burn 1.8 GB.

Hello NorthernStar,
You'll need to have media large enough to be able to hold the ISO file. On average, you'll need at least a standard 4.7 GB DVD, or a 4GB USB.

Being an programmer doesn't mean we are suppose to communicate with each other using machine language or a program language. We use a human language. Especially on a forum where preciseness is needed. .

Before I begin my clean install I have a few questions. My Dell XPS came with Windows Vista, which I upgraded via an online download to Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit. I have the Windows 7 Product Key. Is this what I will use to activate the clean version? Also, when I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista my recovery image was no longer available in F8 options. I have a complete backup of my data files via a ClickFree backup drive. What do I need to backup before I begin?

The first part of the tutorial covers everything that must be backed up first so nothing is forgotten. Did you read it yet?
You'd use Win7 Home Premium x86 SP1 English Official ISO download unless you plan to have more than 4gb RAM in which case I'd use 64 bit.
Delete all partitions during the booted install as also discussed in tutorial, create and format new ones as desired or just click Next after Deleting all and the installer create and format one large install partition for you.
Pay close attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 as it is different from XP.
