Hello,
I've encountered some problems with my Bluetooth Device Monitor service which was taking too long to start and the whole PC was unsuseble about 30 minutes after system boot.
In my looking for solution I came across this thread, saw "all" windows services and deleted the Bluetooth Device Monitor service with the "sc delete" command. Unfortunately, this service is not here to download. Can some provide this service as the .reg file?
Hello Mir, and welcome to Seven Forums.
I don't have that service to upload to you. However, you could also do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you deleted the service to restore it.
Hope this helps, :)
Shawn
Thx for your replay. Using restore point is kind of problem. Got it disabled because of small SSD used as system disk. Need to solve this problem but frankly I don't know where to start.
I uninstalled bluetooth drivers and all bluetooth hardware and reinstalled it again and the service is back but so is the problem. Service is stuck in Starting state and it f*cks up the whole system. Can't run Network and Sharing Center, Power Options and basicaly no system settings. I get only empty explorer window.
Problem persist around 30 minutes than computer disconnects itself from the net and started Bluetooth Support Service and followingly even Bluetooth Device monitor. Everything works perfectly till this moment to next restart.
You might see if changing the "Bluetooth Device monitor" service to either be "Automatic (Delayed start)" or "Manual" may work better.
Firstly was problem to change the type of startup and change to Automatic (delayed start) was no effect but after uninstall bluetooth drivers deleteing devices from the device manager somehow make this solution to work. So for now - it works! But still, I'm kind of curious about what caused this problem.
