Is there a way to restore all the services to default at once , one at a time would take forever since i have many that need to be set back to default.

Usually, when it's that bad, you're looking at reinstalling Windows.

Actually, i was just experimenting with "Black Vipers" Win 7 service configurations but after setting everything differently i wanted to quickly restore back to default without needing to do it one at a time .

In that case, you could do a system restore using a restore point dated before to quickly do so.

Hello Chantel, and welcome to Seven Forums. :)

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to undo and fix this for you.

Hi Brink. I tried that it seems the anti virus that is running on the system is blocking the restore.
