How to Create a "Manage Wireless Networks" Shortcut

   Information
This will show you how to create or download a Manage Wireless Networks shortcut to open directly to that window in Windows 7. You can also Pin to Taskbar or Pin to Start Menu this shortcut, or move where you like for easy use.
   Note
If you have a laptop, you can see a list of available wireless networks in Manage Wireless Networks, and then connect to one of those networks, no matter where you are. The wireless networks appear only if your computer (laptop or desktop) has a wireless network adapter and driver installed and the adapter is enabled.
