Your Mother's factory image will not work on your laptop.

The error messages you're getting indicate that you may have a dead hard drive.

To verify this, you can create bootable "SeaTools for DOS" media to boot from and run on your laptop.

If the hard drive checks out ok, then create a startup repair disc on your Mother's laptop, boot from it on your laptop, and run a startup repair.

That's a great news! I'll go ahead and try to download SEATOOLS for DOS then once the Hard Drive is not deadI can go ahead and create a System Repair Disc so I can move forward with the BOOTMGR is Missing.

Just to confirm, did you follow all the step at Seagate below to create the bootable DVD or USB, and boot from it?

Yes, I was able to follow the steps. What I did is I extract the SEAGATE files to my boot USB using 7-Zip 64bit (should I change it to 32bit?) then changed the ima to img, by the way I just bought a new B.CD for the System Repair Disc just in case..

1 more thing I remember my RUFUS file system is Fat32 and create using DOS

That wouldn't work to make it bootable.

Instead you must burn the ISO to the USB using the steps below instead.

I agree with you. Actually a few mins ago I was able to read some blog and 3rd parties will not work with SEAGATE it should be a normal USB drive when you extract the files, then you cannot copy "BURN" image of an ISO to CD.

I like using Rufus to create a bootable USB with an ISO.

Agreed! if you will see the comparison from other tools/apps rufus is the best and fastest of them all for ISOs. I think I get it, I'll just use the B.CD for SEAGATE and follow all the steps. I'll keep you updated Sir. Brink. THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)
