Well Night Hawk I did try it and have still got it on a SSD for my Sandy Bridge and while I agree that it is a whole lot better than the 8 debacle I am still concerned about some of the EULA that involves anyone accessing my machines for any reason whether they have reasons to do so or not in my mind.10 isn't a bad OS once you have spend some time with it in comparison to the 8 Flop!
Now I have nothing to hide but what does concern me is that I have banking and other personal data on my machines that I don't mind sharing with friends and even the authorities if they gave me reason to look into my data. But for a company like Microsoft to build in a feature that they can use I feel that is a violation of my civil rights. It is if one wants to look at it like a form of malware
I do suspect there are more inclusions in their system that would also make me feel sullied as I have no come back when using Windows 10.
Don't get me wrong because I am no greenie or other undesirable - well I don't think I am but this is a gross misuse of their power, and what's more we end up paying for it!!
