    Hello stereo,

    You could set both "Computer" and "Control Panel" to Display as menu to have it expand out to see the icons. :)

    I know that, Brink.
    But i thought it's possible to see the "my computer" icon, as well.

    Only when you select the Computer button is when you should see it's icon display at the top right.

    I want to create a .reg file to be able to easily hide links, instead of having to go through on each computer and setting them I could just merge and restart.

    I'm guessing I just cant put =0 at the end of each one.

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
    "Start_ShowHelp"=0
    "Start_ShowMyGames"=0

    etc

    Can this be done for "All Users"?

    I know you wrote this quite a while ago, but is there a way to do this in the registry and have it apply to all users? We try to configure our systems so that all our users have the same experience to begin with. If they change it to something else, so be it. But I really want to give them a default.
