Hello R3QuI3M, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Since you already have 3 primary partitions, the 4th and following ones will be logical partitions. You will be fine with it as a logical partition though. :)
    Thanks for the reply,

So, is recovery partition considered as primary partition? Can u tell me what the differences between logical and primary, and also recovery? I'm new.

    Thanks,:)

    R3QuI3M,

Your "Recovery" partition is a primary partition. It's your OEM factory recovery partition that is use to be able to reinstall Vista back to how it was when the computer first came out of the box.

A logical partition is a extended partition. The information and links below can give you more detailed information about them though. :)

Wow, thank you for the information. Now I get it.

By the way, my system is Windows 7 Home Premium, not Windows Vista :).

I tried the the diskpart part of the information here, but had no luck in formatting an 80GB SATA HDD with FAT32.

Here is what I I got when I would do the

    DISKPART> list volume

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
    ---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
    Volume 0 E DVD-ROM 0 B No Media
Volume 1 C NTFS Partition 50 GB Healthy System
    Volume 2 D D NTFS Partition 98 GB Healthy
    * Volume 3 RAW Partition 74 GB Healthy

    DISKPART> format fs=fat32 quick

    0 percent completed

    Virtual Disk Service error:
The volume size is too big.

    Hello darkhorse,

Unfortunately, you will not be able to format a partition/volume with FAT32 if the partition/volume is over 32GB.

Hello Zacky, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Before I'm able to offer some advice, could you post a screenshot of your Disk Management window showing the complete layout of your drive just to make sure we know what's happening? :)
