Do you get an error message when using the "clean" command?

No. It says "DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk". Should I be doing the cleaning from elsewhere?

Running the command in an elevated command prompt should be fine.

Odd. Go ahead and post screenshots showing the command prompt and Disk Manager after running the "clean" command to see if anything may stand out.

    Here the prompt:

And the disk management afterwards, which remains pretty much the same...Could it need a different proccess because it is an SD and not an HHD or SSD??

You might check the SD manufacturer's website to see if they may have a program that you can download to format it with.

Hello again, and good day to you. I downloaded an app called "RecoverRX" from the Official site of Transcend products, and selected to format the disk.. Much to my disappointment, after the loading ended I got a message saying that the format was completed and I had to remove and re-insert the drive. I did so, but seeing absolutely NO change in the remaining space. Still when copying some songs in the SD's folders, I could not play them. I'm getting very confused at this point!

How old is the SD? It may have bit the dust.

It is 1y and a few months old. I also believe the explanation can be it's clattered.. Is it considered quite old?
