    OH< NO.....somehow....I switched back to my original log-in, and, it's now keeping the correct desktop background. Whatever you've suggested was magic. Thank you again!!!!

    I don't know what I did wrong here, I replied but it did stick....so---I switched back to my original account and changed desktop backgrounds there and it seems to be staying now. I don't know what kind of magic that you have, But, I get to keep my settings and all that good stuff!!! Thank you so very, very much!!~!!!!@##!@!!!!

Can't change Desktop Background

Good morning all. Trying to help out my daughter (running Windows 7 Home Edition 64bit) remotely via Team Viewer. Her problem is that her desktop background is just a black screen. If I right click on her desktop and choose Personalize, then choose a Desktop Background, I can see that the Desktop...
Can someone help me please. I cant change my background. I do it through both personalize and control panel. Nothing happens the background stays the same. Help please!!!
I don't know how long it has been going on but for some time now I can get the wallpaper to change. I know how to do it, but it will not change on my account or my wife's. We are both admin's. This annoying as all get out. Please somebody help me.:cry:
