    Hello Cyletech,

    You may have a bad association set for TXT file, try the TXT download in the tutorial below to restore all of the default associations for TXT files to see if that may help.

    Right-Click -> NEW -> (missing Text Document)


    I'm not seeing the option to create a new Text Document. I've tried the .reg fixes from this site to no avail. I use UltraEdit instead of Notepad. I may have to reinstall UltraEdit to get the Context Menu option back, if that works. Other than that, I have no idea how to restore it. I'm on Win7 Home Premium.

    Hello ToneZone, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    If that doesn't work for you, then try the txt download in the tutorial below to restore it's default associations and settings to see if that may help.

    Hello Panais,

    I used the Print Screen key to take a screenshot of the entire display and pasted with CTRL + V in Paint. Afterwards, I cropped the screenshot.

    This one is with Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2010 installed.

    I have Microsoft Office 2007.
    Is good for me to have them both because i use them both.
