I can't access the DOWNLOAD options above (it says Admin only) but I'm desperately trying to add the Compressed Zip Folder option back to my NEW options -- any advice?

    Hello Julieruble, and welcome.

Are you able to download the ZIP file in step 3?

If not, then right click on the Download button, and see if clicking on open in new tab/window will work instead.
