Windows 7: Bootable ISO - Create from Installation Files

Dual boot: Win Xp and Win7 Pro
 
 

Its little technical for me, could there be a video tutorial for this, i too have a laptop that has hidden partition.
Where the source files resides, i could use to make it a Win7 64 bit iso file.
