Out of curiosity - this UxStyle Core Beta - is this basically the same functionality as AveStyler (which allows styles to be loaded using a system service without the need to modify system files? I see that it refers to Themes instead of styles - so I can use both side by side? Or does one supersede the other?

I believe that themes and styles are of the same context...I would be wary of installing both at the same time...they might conflict

That is what I was thinking. I already bought and paid for AveStyler so I'll just continue to use that one o this machine. however, I can try out the UxStyler on the laptop and compare the two, see which works better (it either is indeed superior) and which is easier and more intuitive to use.

You may find avestyler to be the winner here because it has a theme applying application correct?

UxStyle is just the service and nothing else...you have to drop the theme in C:\Windows\Resources\Theme to still use a theme

I just checked out the support forum at UxStyle and a few folks are having problems running it on Win7 x64. Has anyone here had success running UxStyle with Win7 Pro x64. Is so, any special tricks to get it to work?
