          CPU Utilization:Processor utilization is high
The average processor utilization during the trace was high. The system will consume less power when the average processor utilization is very low. Review processor utilization for individual processes to determine which applications and services contribute the most to total processor utilization.
          Average Utilization (%) 10.01

Platform Power Management Capabilities:PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled
PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer.

Hello Blissr, and welcome to Seven Forums.

It's an analysis of your PC's power management. There's to much to listed to explain every bit of it here. Most of it is pretty much straight forward for what it says, but did you have anything specific in mind?

I don't see anything that stands out as unusual or would be an issue. :)

Apologies for creating a Lazarus thread, but this was one of the first links when researching this. I have never run this program on my system (Vista desktop upgraded to Win7), but just noticed something has been running it periodically since Sept. 2022 and saving the xml files in a "Power Efficiency Diagnostics" folder in windows (the oldest report is "energy-report-2022-09-09.xml", the most recent is June 5 this year, file size varies from 21k-74k, anywhere from one to three reports per month).

What is doing this, and why? Are these reports local or being sent somewhere? Can I (should I) disable it?

You might want to run Autoruns and Process Explorer or Process Hacker to narrow down what it is. Don't disable anything in Autoruns you no nothing about. Feel free to open a separate help thread here.

Note: Process Hacker may trip your anti-virus. It's a false positive.
