    Problem with slideshow function

Hi, I have installed everything correctly and I am able to change my desktop background. However, I have encountered problems when trying to use the slideshow function. For some reason, the dropdown on the slideshow change interval seems to be permanently stuck on 30 minutes (when I click, no menu is displayed). This problem also affects the 'picture position' option; I cannot change that either (it is permanently stuck on fill with no dropdown). I'm using an Asus Eee PC (Windows 7 Starter) which already came with Eee Docking which has an option somewhat similar to Oceanis. The layout in this application is also the same as that of Oceanis. This same problem also exists in that application. Could you please help me with resolving my problem with the slideshow function of Oceanis?

Hello Nickytey, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if uninstalling both of them, and only installing one may allow it to work afterwards.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    Still doesn't work

Hi Shawn, I've tried what you told me to do but it still doesn't work; the same buttons are still stuck at '30 minutes' and 'fill'. Any other suggestions as to how I could solve this problem? :S

    Nickytey,

The only thing I can think of is to double check to make sure that you have more than one image checked.

I've checked, and everything's supposed to be fine; I've checked all the pictures I want, but it still doesn't work for me. I guess it's just my computer, huh

Ok. Double check to make sure that you are logged in as an administrator, and try it with UAC turned on and off.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else to suggest. It appears that it may be something about your setup that is causing the program to not run properly.

Hello Yumiko, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might double check using the tutorial below to make sure that you do not have the Remove background images (where available) box checked in the Ease of Access Center.

    Remove Background Images (where available)

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
