Desktop Background Wallpaper - Change in Windows 7 Starter

HI I'm new here and I'd just like to say that since I've started using Oceanis Change Background I've had trouble with my standby mode..basically EVERYTIME my computer would wake up after the standby the screen would stay black..and either I had to restart it with the start button or I would wait and it would re-start automatically; both ways it would say there had been an error and it asked if I wanted to start windows normally or in safe mode.
Now I turned the background in the normal windows starter one and the problem disappeared!
This was just to let you guys know :)

sorry for my simple description of my problem that let you dont understand ,now i am using windows 7 home basic ,but i found that i could not change the backgound ,do the edition of windows 7 home basic have this function(change the background)?
