Shawn they wreck this one on pain of death by a thousand cuts and I will inflict each and every one of them - very slowly or at least for the length of time I have had this machine for and been sorting something out - could be in for a very nasty experience

I played around with Parental Controls yesterday, and now I can't seem to turn it off. I Googled it, and based on what I saw, you just set the option to 'Off' and it's off, but it's still turned on!!
