    You can also access this through Administrative tools/local security policy/Local Policies/Security options/Interactive Logon not required CTRL+ALT+DEL set to disabled.

    So wait, does this make you type in a username, just like on Windows XP?

    Because I want an invisible admin account on my laptop for security reasons.

    Hello Michael,

    Sorry, but no. This only would require you to press the CTRL+ALT+DELETE keys before entering the normal log on screen instead.

    If you wanted to enter both user name and password like XP, then the tutorial below can show you how to.

    Log On with User Name and Password
